A modern house with a simple piece of rectilinear shapes overlap and daring, this is a project undertaken by Crone Partners Architects. This project became a challenge with a relatively tight lies in the suburb of Sandringham, Victoria, Melbourne, Australia. Working with clients to realize their desires, creating a comfortable modern home for this young family. The two-story home is a finalist in the 2011 Houses Awards for the New House over 200 square meters category. Design house is shiny and smooth, bringing a modern architecture featuring a rectangular design and the look overlap.

Prior to this previously renovated house is a small post-war houses that are not maintained, located in Redondo Beach, Los Angeles. Transformation of the house and then fought to make it more modern for a young professional, the development also consider some aspects of the environment as well as limitations of the existing budget. Noting this, it is planned to recycle as much as possible, by utilizing the existing foundation, and the majority of the external framing.
